Summary

We prepare care packages of food, water, socks, COVID needs and other items and take them on a walk visiting and prayerfully engaging with Boston's homeless.

Getting there

Meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross, 1400 Washington Street, Boston. Enter by way of the office entrance on Union Park Street. This volunteer event lasts about 3 hours.

About Boston Area Order of Malta

The Boston Area of the Order of Malta is a regional delegation of the American Association. It is comprised of the states of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. Its leadership board is chaired by Area Chair Thomas Egan Driscoll, its works are coordinated by Area Hospitaller Christopher Carter Lee, and grants are administered by Grants Co-Chairs Edward J. Delaney and Damien DeVasto.
Over 200 Knights, Dames and Auxiliary members commit themselves to live out their mission and provide their time and talents to a variety of charitable throughout the New England region which makes up the Boston Area of the Order of Malta.
